1. Founded in 1979 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, by a visionary entrepreneur, our company was born with the purpose of designing and manufacturing dies and offering tool repair services.
2. Since our beginnings, we have stood out for our capacity for innovation and quality, which allowed us to quickly diversify our production.
3. Within a few years, we expanded our portfolio to include a wide variety of die-cut products, such as clips, clamps and shims for automotive suspension, as well as body parts. In addition, we specialize in the design of precision tools, including dies, gages, pins and machine components.
4. In July 1997, in order to adapt to the growing demands of our clients and strengthen our business structure, we transformed into a Variable Capital Corporation.
